Aol and quictime question. Can you help?

I have been having problems retrieving my mail from AOL. I go to Aol.com and I sign in. Then when I enter Aol mail, i get a pop up that says I have to download a quictime plug-in and that it has to be version 5 or later. The thing is that I purchased and have Quicktime 7.0. So I don't understand. Does someone know how I can go about this?

Is your client using the Internet Explorer as their browser?

    5:02:08 AM You

    I believe so

If they are using the Internet Explorer and still get the same message, they will need to reinstall the Quicktime software that they have on their computer to make sure that the plug in is properly installed on their browser.

OK. Would you suggest anything else? (if that is unsuccessful)

    5:04:17 AM AOLTechBAP

They can visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime/pro/win.html for further information regarding the Quicktime Pro.

5:04:41 AM You Thank you very much.

    5:04:57 AM AOLTechBAP You're welcome.
