richman - I been using that since high school ('76 ~ '79) , so I have a prior use trademark

Well mostly famous singers and female celebrities are labeled the term of "Diva" (by the press, media, or to bring attention to themselves). I don't really hear it used in normal everyday conversation pertaining to regular people. However I guess it's just as bad as calling oneself "Chairman of the Board." {shrugs}

you're right. it's even worse because they usually don't know what the word means. they just heard some other idiot say it, probably on tv.
by the way, i invented "chairman of the bored," but you can use it. no prob.

I don´t know of anyone that ranks the title diva at the moment. Who is saying that they are..I need to know.
