Unless you do them yourself, you're never quite sure about what's in there. Red Bull and that other stuff increase your heart beat, which is bad if you've got a heart condition. Too many can cause minor heart failure. Mixed with alcohol, it can cause serious damage and send wrong signals to your brain.

Unless you are a person who earns a living in sports....you don't need an energy drink, they are made to refurbish the energy lost from excessive exercises such as tennis matches, football games, or the Tour de France (3 week cycle race).
Definitely excessive for a normal person...
My niece has just been put on a diet...and one of the things the doctor has forbidden her is drinking energy drinks

I've known a couple people that had to be hospitalized for drinking too many energy drinks, like Red Bull or Rockstar.
I think a moderate amount is fine, but if you drink them everyday, your body might not be able to handle it sooner or later.

well they probably arent the best thing for you but compared with everything else that we are doing in our life and everything that we are doing to the earth....hell what is good for you anymore.
I have been drinking them for a few years now (since red bull first hit the states) and I am fine never had to be hositilized etc etc. So they cant be any worse then beer or cigarettes
