Anyone else having problems with Yahoo Instant Messenger Beta?

i've had same problem :-( but i just went back to the original messenger and gave up although the beta is way cool! I get so tired of loggin back in in the middle of a conversation and apologizing for getting knocked off makes me mad

YES!!!!!!!!!! To say the least it has been driving me crazy lately! It signs me out and back in right in the middle of a call and then it will continue to do it periodically through out the day it is so frustrating! Essentially this is the only phone I have until my fiance' comes home from work, and I am job hunting so you can imagine how frustrating it can be!!! Anyway, do you currently use the voice feature? If so what happens if you use all your funds up on the phone out option? It's not letting me re-up and I think I remember something in the disclosure stating that if you let your account get down to 0 than you cannot use Yahoo Voice anymore or something? I will look it up. Regardless I am definitely having problems since Beta came in my life and downloaded the newest version.

It is the network connection. I know this sounds strange. I've also noticed... all my other Net-related work carries on with no probs, but yahoo signs out and signs in again.

Incidentally, it happens more frequently when I'm using a Wireless N/W, when the signal strength goes low. But I have also noticed it on wired N/W.

I have not been able to sign onto messenger all week. I am not sure what is going on but I hope this gets resolved soon.

Try reinstalling it....If this does not work out , send a mail to yahoocustomer care...My problem was resolved when i did this..

probably a bad internet connection on which a constantly pinging application cannot stand.

Yea..i do hav a prob installin it on win 98...its not as gud as d previous version i suppose....

mine keeps on getting stuck while im loading, sometimes it logs on, but mostly not, then it starts to make my computer stuck so i have to restart, its really annoying, hope it gets fixed soon

off late yes, plenty of trouble getting on board
