yahoo answers only should reply this question, why yahoo answers not giving negative marks for wrong answer.?

I have checked some answers that some body replied as "is it a question" this certainly sends a message to yahoo community that they dont have freedom to ask a question about that they dont know. What is wrong in it. The yahoo community should know things dont know.So i request the yahoo answers that u must give negative marks of 10 as u r giving for best answer10 marks. So that the members also can understand. If not there should be a negative marking option people can vote for that also.Other wise people with a half knowlede give answers may cause the damage the entire yahoo community. The members of yahoo like me expect for realistic answers to get their problems solved. I am indeed sorry for the inconvience caused for for yahoo answers. I request all the members in the larger interest of yahoo commnity to vote for this for getting only for best answers for you to get your problems solved instead of wasting your time to check every body answers.
