dog lovers---what do you do to pamper your dog?

I take my dog to petsmart, let her do whatever she wants, give her about 10 treats a day (healthy treats mostly) My dog is a mutt but she goes to the doggy day spa and gets her hair and nails done. Mainly I just treat my dog like a child, I do everything I can to make her happy and healthy. Whenever I eat or drink she gets a snack. I wouldnt like it if someone was eating in front of me and didnt offer me a bite. LOL My dog is my BABY LOL and yes she sleeps on my bed most nights. I'd rather cuddle with her than my sweaty husband LOL

Cuddle with him in the floor. Take him to the park and let him run free. I brush him, and brush him, I think he likes that better than 'Begg'n Strips' I bring the bowl of water (to him) when he is too tired to move after his walks.

He is a BIG dog. A lab, chow, husky mix. He is a big ole baby. Very gentle. I swear I can see him smile now and then :)

How do you pamper your dog?

I have a Shih Tzu and a Cairn Terrier (like toto on the Wizard of Oz). I pay a ton of attention to them, wrestle with them, play fetch, give 'em treats if they sit and "up" (they stand on their hind legs)... basically just being a good owner is all that matters. A diamond-studded collar and a nylon collar...it doesn't make a difference to ANY dog! As long as you pay attention to their needs and give them "cuddles", they'll be the luckiest dogs in the world! Have fun!!!

Both my dogs get pampered every single day, they're so spoiled and they know it. lol

I give them neck and back massages almost everyday, then take them outside and brush their fur and feed them cookies, then they get to run around for a bit and each get their own water bowls.

same with my rabbit.

What do I not do is easier to answer. lol

I never go to Walmart or any shopping store that I don't pick them up TOYS!

They know when I come in with shopping bags, they got something too.

They sleep in my bed, ride in my truck, go to work with me, and I even paid a bit over $100.00 for a safety vest and hard hat because I HAVE TO WEAR ONE SOMETIMES AT WORK.

I've had strangers, MEN TOO taking photos of my dog in her construction attire. lol

Doggie beds, stairs to get on my bed, blankie's just about too much to be honest. LET'S NOT FORGET THE HAIR CUT'S THAT COST MORE THAN MINE! $25.00 a pop! he he he

he sleeps in bed with us--under the covers with his head on my pillow. gets to for long walks to the doggie park every day, he gets several treats a day. AND I take him to a petstore just for dogs, and he gets to pick out his own goodies there.

I HAVE TWO LONG HAIRED DACHSHUND S MAX AND HERSHEY THEY GET TO GO EVERYWHERE W/ ME IN THE NEW CAR, CAMPING, OUT ON THE BOAT, TO PECHANGA (BUT THEY GO TO THE DOG SITTERS) I EVEN HAVE LIFE JACKETS FOR THEM, THEY DO SLEEP IN THE BED TOO W/ ME . OH AND MOST OF ALL A DOGGIE STROLLER THE THING COSTS 250 BUCKS JUST LITTLE SPOILED ITS REALLY COOL YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE BE GOOD TO YOUR PETS THEY ARE FAMILY TOO!!! JEWELZZ =) =)

Take them for rides, give them treats, plenty of pig ears, take them

to the salon, and they sleep on our bed!

he gets all the leftovers, sleeps on the couch, and gets too many treats
