All day long I think of things, but?

nothing seems to satisfy. Think I'll lose my mind if I don't find something to pacify.

Can you help me, occupy my brain?

math problems - complex ones ( calculus and above are really good), can help, because it forces you to concentrate, and it is the other side of the brain.

same thing for complex engineering or design problems.

you could check to see if you suffer from bi-polar/manic depression - all the things rushing around your brain could be the manic stage.

and, unlikely, but, the same thing happens in your brain with temporal lobe epilepsy ( also called complex partial seizures).

It doesn't LOOK like what you probably think of as epilepsy: no grand mal seizures, no absence seizures. But it is kind of like there is a radio in your head and you just can't get the radio to hold the station well - like there was always some static and the station keeps changing.

Cent percent perfection is not possible. For every thesis there is an antithesis. If donot want to stick to either side than synthesise and stay there. Absence of any of these means losing everything.

try playing puzzle games like bejeweled 2 right here on yahoo....it will occupy your brain as you strive to get higher and higher levels and scores....

you might want to see a pyschiatrist...racing thoughts is a symptom of a couple of different mental illnesses... including bipolar and schizoaffective disorder.....

Source(s): i have schizoaffective disorder and even on meds have to look for ways to occupy my mind
