Can't find program to help a Hairstylist study abroad?

I want to further my education at the Pivot Point academy in Melbourne Australia. I am attending the member school here in the states, but they don't offer the extensive continuing ed classes like the one's in Australia. I have called many programs such as NSEP, Kingsbrook, Ciee, Bunac, Rotary club, CIS, Sallie Mae, the list can go on and on and on. Most of them only work with Universities and not Vocational study :-(! I even contacted Pivot Point International to see if they do a student exchange type program and the answer was no. I go to school full time and work, but don't make enough to pay the $21,000 AUD and make ends meet here. I don't want to take a year or two off to save up to study because I want to continue learning and keep my skills fresh. Any other ideas?
