Who thinks that George Harrison was the real soul of the Beatles because he survived the egos of the rest?

I love the beatles, but I think that George Harrison was the glue the united the band.

Update:

George is my favorite Beatle. He wasn't the best singer, but when he DID sing, you could tell that he MEANT what he was singing. I definitely agree that George was half, if not most of the reason that the Beatles survived through it all to become one of the best bands in the world.

And it must've been hard, especially with John and Paul being the "favorites", while Ringo and George were the "others".

It's a shame that George died of cancer. Poor dude.

He was always my favorite Beatle, in fact I was told I kind of looked like him years ago. He did seem to have humility, and knew there was more than to life than materialisn although he was following the wrong path spiritually.but he was searching.

.I play guitar and one reason I admired him is that he could play and solo in so many styles.
