Question How long had you put it in before going swimming? tampons are usually little or small right and they expand as they soak up liquid. Is it possible the 2nd time that you was not able to get in good position to put it in right? Don't feel bad, things happen from time to time.

Well, When They Get Super Soaked With Water Then They Tend To Fall Out. Maybe Because They Get So Soaked They Get Really Heavy And Fall Out. You Shouldn't Be Swimming With Your Period Anyways. Just Go Swimming When You Ain't On It. That Will Make Your Life A Lot Easier.

Did you insert the tampon in the right way? Could the tampon be super soaked that it slid out? Sorry that i can't help any more. I have never heard of that happen before.

well the only thing i can think of is that the tampon got super soaked with water and sort of worked its way out - was it an especially heavy day? i think you should definitely talk to a girlfriend, or your mom, or a doctor about the way you're putting it in to make sure you're doing it correctly. good luck!

Don't go to the beach, when you have your period. I know t.v advertises on those Tampon commercial, with the ladies going to the beach and everything, but that's just t.v. They want you to buy there product.

maybe it fell out wen u were swimming or something. and then wen u tried putting in another u got too nervous and didnt put it in right.
