how to get my entire screen to output to dv tape?
not just an avi clip through a program, but the WHOLE screen (mouse icon, start menu, everything)
What I'm trying to do is play a dvd iso to the cam using windows media player, and then from the cam to a tv. I can do the cam to the tv, but I'm having trouble getting the screen to the cam. (Any way I can make the dv cam a monitor output to select?)
Note: I use a pc, not mac
the problem is not the hardware; i can already get the video from the computer to the cam via firewire. the problem is, i want my full screen to be exported, not just the video from some studio like Adobe Premiere

You'd need a video card with a TV-out jack. (you connect your camcorder to the TV-out jack on the card) There's no way to use the VGA signal from a standard video card with your camcorder, sorry. You might be able to find some kind of adapter or converter, but it would probably cost more than just buying a video card with TV-out - they're not terribly expensive.

Idk. Normally, if investigate the guide that got here together with your camcorder it's going to let you know in case your camcorder has the vigor to transmit it again to tape. For illustration, my Samsung VP-D381 are not able to do stated factor. If it says within the guide you'll, it generally says how to take action.
