I found an article from may 2001 saying Abigail Johnson was promoted to President. The previous president held the position for four years, but Abigail is the granddaughter of the founder of Fidelity, so she may have kept the position longer.

i can't get the info on the names by Googling - it appears they change Presidents with some frequency.
