The accurate answer is "it depends". A major question would be what kind of waste are they dumping. If it is a hazardous material, it is illegal everywhere to dump it like that. If it is just water, such as unused water when they empty their tanks, then it probably is not illegal.

Check with the City of San Antonio Code Enforcement office. You can get them by dialing 311 now.

Not illegal if they are bringing in bags of money to the local politician in Texas, through his back door.

    Is it immoral?

    Is it environmentally destructive?

Does anybody care anymore what the environmnet is turning into?

Sorry I threw so many questions at you.

When corporations get caught doing dirty things, the next thing that happens is they get fined.

The fines are never strong enough to put them out of business.

    Guess why?

Because the politicians would lose their meal tickets.

Vote for stronger fines...that's one way we can pay down this national debt!

Example: If the Exxon Valdez that spilled oil into the Alaskan Sound was fined enough, you wouldn't see Exxon Mobil with huge profits today.

That's just one illustration...I have lots more.

Of course it is illegal. Contact the police, as to the EPA let the police get in touch with them if it goes to that point.

In San Antonio... yes. In Houston, no.

Contact the EPA. They can tell you if this is legal or not. I would think they would have to dispose of it some other way, but I'm not sure.
