Is it fair on our part to remember God only when V R in trouble & does it help really ?

It is your belief that works the miracle. Whatever religious sect you are. For those who worship idols they swear by them. For those who worship God, believe in him.

You cannot say HELP ME OH GOD and sit on ur bottom waiting for a miracle. The saying GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES goes that you must work towards the solution also.

There are 2 ways to live your life.

Believe in God and believe in the hereafter.

If you die and it doesnt exist you lose nothing.

Do not believe in anything and then die and find out it exists. Then there will be no return.

Think about how you really got into trouble ...

God will always let us exercise our free will. When we realize that we need God is when we have a chance to be closest to God. Humility sets in --- Love of Neighbor ---- Obedience --- and Joy in finding God. These are all good things when we stop and reach out to God.

Is it fair ... well, like any loving relationship (God is Love), it is good to love during times of difficulty and times of joy by rejoicing.

Does it help? Well, when I feel love touch my soul, I feel better. Do I expect God to act like a Genie and grant me my every wish ... NO ... in the "Lord's Prayer" it says, " Thy (God's) will be done " ... so dunno where God may be leading me in the difficult times, but knowing I'm loved is priceless.

When you are in trouble it would be better to deal with the problem at hand than to confuse yourself with the thought of some god comming to save you.

god answers every time our prayers. he is not keeping track of our mistakes but waits for us to seek his help.in our happy days we forget n sad time we search 4 him if we keep him in our thoughts every time then we will achive bigest peace n that we can not buy with money.god is great.
