We have a 10-month old, but this is his routine:

    8:00 -- rice cereal breakfast

8:15-8:30 -- munch on cheerios and drink water while mommy eats breakfast

8:30-9:30/9:45 -- play in the living room

    9:45-10:30 -- go for a walk/swim

    10:30-12:00 -- nap

12:00 -- rice cereal + baby food lunch

12:15-12:30 -- munch on cheerois while mommy eats lunch

12:30-3:00 -- run around and play with everything

    3:00-3:30 -- baby food 2nd lunch

    3:30-4:00 -- more munching

4:00-5:00 -- errands run, if needed

    5:00-5:15 -- baby food dinner

5:15-5:45 -- cheerio muncher while dinner prepared

5:45/6:00-6:30 -- eat with mommy and daddy

6:30-7:15 -- alone time in crib

    7:15 - 8:00 -- walk/swim with whole family

    8:00-8:30--bath and last bottle

He runs around, A LOT and usually the napping/eating schedule is dictated by him.

I never had a schedule with either of my kids, but then I didn't have 2 at a time.

If they were hungry I fed them. If they were tired I gave them a nap. When they weren't doing either one of them I was playing with them or going for walks.

I never stuck to any schedule like that at all. We took it day by day but bedtime was pretty much the same everynight. I took my kids out whereever I went, changed them when they needed it, fed them when they were hungry etc. I think I would have gone nuts watching the clock like you!

What is this nap thing you're talking about? I guess I shouldn't complain, our son started sleeping through the night at two months.
