its phone feature....depends what file types that your phone supports...
in most of the new phones if it plays .wav or mp3 types you can directly copy the song into your phone using LAN cable/Bluetooth/IR.. and then set it as a ring tone
I use sonyericsson models a lot and u can do it quite easily in all of them....cheers

If you're using blue tooth, you can put your fav. song onto the website and then put it into your mobile
