Case 1:
You can use Sound Forge 8.
Follow these step:
Open the file u want to remove vocal
In Process Choose Channel Converte
And in the tab choose --> Split Different Channel to 50%
Case 2:
Use Power Karaoke Maker, they got vocal remover.

No idea...but if u get it....plz tell me too...am too lookin for one....Sound forge will help u to an extend...but not completely....
