What are some romantic restaurants in San Antonio?
My husband and I will be moving to the San Antonio area within the next 6 months. I want to be able to plan something special and romantic for his birthday since he spent his last one in Iraq. Please help with any suggestions of nice, not over-priced, restaurants that can be romantic. He's lived in San Antonio before, when he was going through AIT, and he LOVES the river walk, but I've never been there; so, I have NO IDEAS!!! Thanks for any help in advance!!!!!
Oh, and I guess forgot to mention...he can't eat anything spicy. I have been told that San Antonio has the BEST mexican cuisine this side of the border; however, my husband is allergic to spices...any further suggestions? Thanks!

Don't know if you think this is romantic enough but try to find out about having dinner on one of the boats on the river walk

Take him to Mi Tierras...its not on the riverwalk ..or take him to Las Canarias..that is on the Riverwalk and moderate exp.
La Fogata is really Great but is on Vance Jackson..if you go there go in the evening.. good luck..

there are a number of super places to eat in SA, yet save in mind that on Valentine's day, many eating places basically grant a constrained menu as a manner to have the skill to handle countless shifts of diners. no rely which place you compromise on on, call them beforehand of time to be advantageous what your menu innovations would be, to boot as making a reservation. eating places would be packed that night, so plan in this subject.
