NOR Flash / NOR gate / NAND Flash / NAND gate?
Is NOR Flash archtechniture based on NOR gate? Is NAND Flash archtechniture based on NAND gate? If yes, is it possible to have OR Flash or AND Flash for Flash Memory Cards such as SD, MMC, CF, etc. I know there is no such product in world about AND Flash and OR Flash. I just want to know will it possible to be in used in the Flash Memory Cards. Thanks.

I don't think that anyone would develope sucha system. Part of the motivation to developing a Nor and Nand system is that it actually takes less transistors than an and / or system. That means that you can use less power and less space when building your logic.

"Despite the additional transistors[NAND], the reduction in ground wires and bit lines allows a denser layout and greater storage capacity per chip. In addition, NAND flash is typically permitted to contain a certain number of faults (NOR flash, as is used for a BIOS ROM, is expected to be fault-free). Manufacturers try to maximize the amount of non-faulty storage by shrinking the size of the transistor below the size where they can be made reliably, to the size where further reductions would increase the number of faults faster than it would increase the total storage available."
