Here's a nice try, Ma'am...add him to his MSN and pretend that you got the id's mixed up...while apologizing also ask him what's up with him and all, (only civil, because you know from before) so in this way a conversation starts and you're set. The advantages of the above techinque is that you appear to be a bit popular (people are giving you their ID's).
But I seriously suggest you try speaking to him face to face.

continually start up with a topic remember ou understand the different man or woman is interested in and knows plenty approximately. this way you start up off and the different man or woman on your ask your self will take over the communique.
