I've read the descriptions of the different levels on Yahoo Ask. I pushed to level 3. Why go to level 4 beyond competition with my friends?
But for what reason? We get to do more of these things, and that is good because ...?

The limit on how many questions and answers you can submit a day!
Level 4: You can ask 20 questions, answer 80 questions, comment on 40 questions, vote and rate 80 questions!
Level 3:You can ask 15 questions, answer 60 questions, comment on 30 questions, vote and rate 60 questions!
To be precise in answering your Question the difference is:
The difference of asking 5 more questions, answering 20 more questions, commenting on 10 more questions, vote and rate 20 more questions!
Well, at that point, Yahoo mentions promises of featuring you on the main pages, and other upcomming Gifts! So far no one has gotten anything from Yahoo, except answer more questions! C'mon Yahoo, up your incentives!

The visible difference is in 1 and 2. As you enter 2nd level, you get swags. At other levels you get nothing except raising your limits at Y!Answers.

Im in level 4 and the only good thing is that you can rate/answer/vote/comments/email more answers/questions/answers/answers/people.
