what would happen if the world population all farted at the same time?

I think it would kill everyone, because the methane would gas everyone and therefore we'd all suffocate and it would make the ozone layer deplete completely. Wasn't there some research done about cow farts? Apparently cows farts produce more methane than anything invented by man. :)

Nice question, Think deep. We must officially inform Chemical & Petrolium Ministry before doing the ACT. They would deploy their authorities, scientists and engineers to store all the GAS. They may find a formula to use the huge GAS for substitute of Petrol and other energy resources. Whenever there will a shortage of Petrolium supplies, we all may unite together for the CAUSE.

This way we can also bring down the petrolium prices in this world.

We can end the war being faught in Iraq for the sake of having control over petrolium products. You see, we can save million lives by doing this act together for the cause of "humanity".

Well, if you manage to organize this "event", please give me advanced warning. I think I will take an imprompto trip to the moon. I know I wouldn't want to be anywhere around to hear the noise...let alone have to smell the noxious fumes! Chances are only those who have lost the sense of smell would survive!
