i am buying a razr off ebay. can i have that phone activated for pay as you go?????

    Only if it's -

    1. UNLOCKED so you can use it with any mobile carrier.

    2. A phone that's been used with the mobile carrier you're using now.

    GSM network enabled mobile phones are the best to buy when you're looking to get different phone to use with your mobile carrier. Once the phone arrives insert your SIM card and it's ready to be used.

    It's not always that easy if you purchase a TDMA, CDMA, EV-DO or PCS network enabled phones. Especially if it turns out that phone is TAGGED as being stolen.
