get some sleep, eat good food, try new things, pamper yourself, get drunk and sober just for a night, be nice to people and irritating to bad people, be funny (or atleast try to be but don't overdo it), don't follow your usual routine, laugh and then cry, smile, pray, dance, sing, chill out and enjoy life!!!

First, push yourself away from the computer. "You have to move it to lose it" is so true. Get out and get some exercise; if you don't do regular exercise now, you will notice some impressive weight loss by getting into it now. And, watch what you eat - try to get off the fats and sodas and into the water, vegetables and fruits. It's not hard if you REALLY WANT to lose 20 POUNDS (I'm going to GUESS "years" is a typo; however, if it's not, find and learn the Jimmy Buffet song with the lyrics: "I'm growing older but not up/My metabolic rate is pleasantly stuck/Let the winds of time blow over my head/I'd rather die while I'm living than live while I'm dead."
