    The reason its hard is because there's no such thing as "spot reduction". When you exercise and burn fat, you body uses fat that is deposited all over your body, not just the area you are working out. Sit-ups, for example, are good for your stomach because they build up the muscles on your stomach....you still have to burn off all the fat that covers them, and this, unfortunately, is burned proportionately all over your body. So just keep chipping away!

    One way! Exercise!!! You can loose all kinds of pounds but only exercise can reduce stomach fat. I know; I'm fighting the same battle right now but with good results!
