Yes, he is. Bush is a multi millionaire. The tax cuts and the huge conglomerates will still have their riches when the Bush Administration is gone. When we are bankrupt, there will be drastic cuts in services and entitlements for the entire country, including SSS , public health, education and the infrastructure will go to hell so that eventually they can tax the middle class to repair it and award themselves the contracts to do it! Just as they have in Iraq.

No, there is just record spending mainly due to the Iraq war and all the other obligations we have. It's typical defense style spending which drives a deficit up. Bush likes to keep as little money in the gov'ts hands which is good but the spending is too much. If the gov't would stop arming every employee with a blackberry many of them with cars some of us can't afford and go to wal-mart instead of buying staplers @ $20 then we probably woulnd't have a deficit. They could hire efficiency consultants @ $40million and save a trillion. They also let government contracters suck them dry.
