He plays ice hockey, like me, but he's a lot better than I am. He and I have talked for a while and he's really sweet to me. It's just if I ask him, I'm afraid he won't want to talk to me anymore. And do guys even like it if a girl asks them to hang out or something? I've got no clue. Help please!

I say go for it! i love it when girls ask me out. There is a lot of pressure on guys to always take the lead, and it is a nice change when the girl is confident enough to make the first move. Best wishes.

ask him out. look i've been rejected too. but i did not let it deter me. if he likes you that is good. if he does not screw him. you will find the one no matter what.
