    Blue and green. Electric blue and bright medium green. I don't know the name of the color. But they used them in the 60's. The latest thing.

    Use whatever makes you feel comfortable, usually a bedroom should be calm and relaxing, both light and dark colors will help you to achieve it when using the right shade and tint.
