Mexico...my husband is from there so I could also visit his family. I am a Spanish teacher here so I could even possibly teach things besides Englsih. Mexico is a great place to teach because they value teachers. Here to be a teacher is to be almost nothing, but there it is a respectable job.

I would go anywhere that "rsdudm" WASN'T.

Why is it that other countries love to bash the U.S. but imitate everything it does and hold it up for such envy? Why is it that the U.S. has immigrants from every part of the world trying both legal and illegal methods to get here? Probably because it's one of the most desired places to be in the world. Not perfect, just accepting of others and open to people of all races and cultures.

I think I might like to go to Canada...it's similar to, but also very different from the United States. Also, I would still be able to speak the English language there. Hopefully, "rsdudm" lives in Timbuktu and is living a quiet existence underground and out of sight.

I'd go anywhere I was allowed to go in and experience their culture and way of life as if it were my own before I start to teach.

    Thailand!

They have great opportunities for teachers, and they recruit English speaking teachers. Plus, beach life, students who want to be there, and Thai food; it doesn't get better than that.
