Just go to the video card chipset makers website and get the latest version. there will also be intrsuctions on how to install them. There are a few makers out there but the two largest are ATI and Nvidia, you probably have one of those.

go to http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html if you have an ATI card or http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp if you have an Nvidia card.

If you happen to have another maker do a web search for their homepage.

go to the website of the video card manufacturer and download it, then when installing it, you can choose the browse option to browse to where you downloaded the file. Actually though alot of companies will include an install program for the driver in the download.
