You bent the crank shaft on the motor. if you are mechanically inclined turn the mower over remove the blade and try to straighten the crank with a pry bar or something. I did this with a mower that someone had thrown away and it works great. just a small amount of vibration.

most likely you damaged the crankshaft, if this is the case you maybe able to find a used motor to put on your deck. If you can't find a used motor, then it's cheaper to buy a new mower. Taking this into the repair shop will cost quite a bit.

check the shearing pin. I hit a peice of metal with mine and that was the problem.
