How about Caley, this is a boys or girls name and means brave warrior. It is similar in sound to Kelsey but means more closely to what Cole means (warrior). All three names are Celtic/Gaelic in origin as well.

I would say girl,Cloey or Casey, boy, Kolse or maybe Kelse/Kelson. Can't really think think of boy names,but those would be nice new names.
