ok i'm tryin to get into shape, i'm also working out! i'm not losing or gaining at this point! is it cus i'm gaining muscle or do i need to diet as well?

you're most likely gaining muscle . . you might want to consider incorporating new eating habits into your diet regime . . also, if you haven't already, increase your water intake!!

Yeah, you need to modify your diet if your'e not losing weight. You don't gain muscle that quickly. Nutrition is just as important in weight loss as exercise. If you are eating a ton of junk food or just eating a lot in general, it will cancel out the calories you burn working out and your weight will remain the same. Try focusing instead on how you look. If your clothes are not getting any looser, I doubt you're just gaining muscle.
