I asked a question earlier about converting old videotapes to dvd?

I was not very specific so here is the other information

I have ATIAll-in- Wonder 9700pro and I can connect my VCR and I have video capture on my screen but what I want to know is what to do after that. I have a dvd burning programme but what do I do with the VCR
