how do i fix the nsv in my winamp player? i always have buffering problems whenever i watch a stream movie.?

You could increase the buffering time in the settings, but I don't think it would help too much. It's likely the connection on the end of the host server being too busy to hold a steady stream, or your connection can't handle it. One or both of the two.
