Yes, Level 7 is the highest, and you need 25,000 pts. Below is the link for point system & levels.

According to their little scoring webpage, it looks like 7 is the limit. I suppose if someone REALLY goes nuts they should consider another level, although who'd a thought someone would have the time on their hands to get 100,000+?
