How can i diet with out my mom knowing but still dramatically losing weight.

    I would not advice you to diet at all,instead try this healthy plan so here goes,

    If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.

    look into the southbeach diet, you can safely lose up to 13lbs in the first 2 weeks, depending on how much you have to lose and it's healthy for you. Your mom might notice some things but it's healthy stuff so she shouldnt be worried.

    tell ur mom to cook healthy food, no more creasy oily stuff

    trust me , it works!

    besides ur mom might like the idea and will get on a diet with u, and its always easier and more fun to be on a diet with someone together

    u can talk about food that you are NOT having :-)

    taking about daughter mother activity

    Exercise more? That always works..Try not to eat fatty foods either. But your mom would know anyway, since you'll lose that weight DRAMATICALLY.

    How can you dramatically lose weight without anyone noticing. Bring your parents on board. They can help and support you. Don't exclude them, and they will figure it out.

    1st do not call it a diet. 2nd if you eat right, your mom will be happy you are changing the way you eat.

    dont eat as much (but still eat)

    like set a calorie goal each day

    like normal is 2000 i do 600 (which isnt that healthy) but so far this summer i've lost 10 lbs!

    why not tell her?

    therefore she can buy you the right foods to eat.

    and then you can lose the weight.

    ...and the only way you can lose weight fast is if you were to cut off one of your limbs...

    obviously don't do that.
