If he's good and works at a domestic dealership. Anywhere from 50 to a 100 grand. If at luxury and sport car dealerships. Slightly more. If privately owned shops. According to what the flat rate hourly wage is to the customer. The 3rd yr to 10 yr. is completely up to the techs production abilities.
