How P.O.'ed would you be?
New friends co-own a house that I looked after while the co-owner was out of town. When he came back, I asked if I could move in, paid my rent, we got along fine. Now they've moved in a guy who drinks beer from morning to night, he's noisy and annoying and he's using my bathroom. He's one of these types who's basicly useless, not bright, lazy, etc. These people knew I didn't like him when they let him move in. Sure, it's their house, but, since I was there first, shouldn't I get some concideration? Or should I just get the hell out?

I'd leave. Unless you have a lease agreement that states terms (i.e., no lousy drunken chobs are allowed to move in) then you have no legal recourse.
ON THE OTHER HAND... if they are being really awful to you and whatever, the lack of a lease agreement further frees you from any legal obligation to the property owners. Feel free to skip out any time, whether you've paid your rent or not.

Maybe try to talk to them about, but if he's payin the rent they'll probably let him stay. I'd start lookin for another place.
