What do you do if your man's complete devotion is driving you mad?

If he is driving you mad through his devotion, that probably means that you are not quite yet ready for a serious commitment. It also means that you are probably involved with the wrong man and because of that your relationship is doomed. Also, it is not really natural for a healthy, solid, and well rooted relationship to feel like it is doomed, rather it should feel like it is blossoming forever.

Some men are just so insecure that they completely devote themselves to whoever gives them the slightest attention (even innocently having glanced in their direction). If YOU are disgusted by being smothered then he is the wrong person for you. How can you be sexually attracted to a man who makes your skin crawl when he tells you how much he WUVS you and expects to hear you WUV him back every 2o minutes?!?

How come the other responses all assume that you'd prefer a pig to a devoted man - yet no one assumes the devoted man is a nutbar with a dependancy problem?

Devotion is one thing and we generally want that BUT there is a fine line between devotion and insecure obsession.

Yeah I think it is probably natural that YOU feel your relationship is doomed.

You don't know how to work him.

You need to train him better.

Make him do your bidding.

Why in the hell would you not want a man who is completely devoted to you. That's just stupid. Just dump him. Let him find someone who will appreciate him and go find a dirtbag who will cheat on you, beat you and call you names. : )

shes yet another insecure woman, and ladies are insecure via fact of guys, or so they say. i think of its 0.5 and 0.5, they are insecure via fact they dont look like paris hilton or the different slutty celebrities the media shoves down our throat, and that they dont all sense like they tournament as much as the factors society has placed on us. women shouldnt concern approximately this plenty via fact ive met a lot of eye-catching women that are insane via fact they'll continually nevertheless sense they are grotesque.
