Well you need to start off by heading down to the your local pepboys or autozone and get a new high quality Chinese high flow model or if your cheap you could look in to a NOS German one, but as you probably all ready know the Germans don't and ever have know crap about quality car parts or cars.

    Steps

1)Remove all those useless fins(just wack with a hammer), fans, tins, oil cooler, etc if a smart PO did not already. Go ahead and toss that junk since where going water(the American way, the right way).

2)Steal a radiator from a 70's American V8 and a garden hose. You may ask, why do I need this crap since my car all ready has a radiator? Well bigger is better damn it and more American.

3)Bolt/duck-tape radiator to the roof. Don't worry about air flow, that's for fancy cars. Cut up hose to needed lengths and tape it down.

4)Use wood screws(bigger/longer the better) to screw the pump any where on the case. Run a belt to the pulley and the pump. Hit the top of the case with a hammer to make 2 holes, this will be where you run a hose from the pump to the case and back.

5)Duck-tape everything again for extra quality control.

6)Fill system with beer. Why? Well water and oil don't mix, but beer and oil and everything is groovy.

    7)Fire it up........................well try again.........................once more

    8)Order an air-cooled motor

Let me know if I missed anything here and know this project works out for you.
