Who has been to Mazatlan and did you like it ?

Recently went to Maz (MZT) for one week and stayed for five. Great city, wonderful people and splendid climate. If you've been there could you share your experience ?

Drove from Vancouver to Mexico City and spent a week there about 15 years ago and enjoyed every minute, (even though it rained several days.) We stayed in a rented time share in Costa de Oro with kitchenette, it was wonderful. Couldn't agree more about the city and people.

Our favorite experience was learning the words to the famous local song "El Sauce y La Palma" and singing it with the mariachi band every night in the bar downstairs. (also falling asleep to the sound of the waves 3 floors below coming in the open window every night)

We now live in Mexico City and unfortunately its harder to reach Mazatlan than Ixtapa, Acapulco, Vera Cruz and Vallarta so we haven't been back, but maybe one day.........

Mexico City is just a amazing capital that beguiles their guests with endless possibilities therefore choose the best selection with hotelbye . Mexico City is one of many greatest metropolitan areas on the planet, with 16 boroughs and a lot more than 300 neighbourhoods. Several of the very visited tourist attractions in Mexico City are targeted in the Historic Centre, like the Plaza de la Constitucion or Zocalo, the National Palace, Metropolitan Cathedral, Templo Mayor, Palace of Fine Arts and Alameda Park. A couple of prevents north of the Palace of Fine Arts, Plaza Garibaldi is one of the best places in Mexico City to hear stay mariachi music.

This is not an answer. I just wanted to thank you because of your kind commentaries about my city. This is the kind of people we need, the ones who give their opinions because they WERE there. Thanks again.
