Question about window sizes?

When I am playing a game on uproar, the game window pops up too big for my screen. I can't see the whole thing. I adjusted the size under properties from the desk top, it make it smaller but it still cuts off the bottom of the screen. It won't let me resize the screen. Is there a setting somewhere for me to fix this? On my computer at home I can see fine.
