yes its 5 pounds for every height so 130 is perfect for your height.I AM 5FOOT 4 and weight 105 ,but iam slightly underweight but not much.also it depends on whether you are small boned,medium ,or large build cause some people who have a muscular builld will weigh more but arent fat cause muscle weighs more than fat,and smaller builds will weigh less

how do you feel? don't make too much of this stuff about you need to weigh a certain amount according to your height. they change this stuff all the time. if you wanna know if you re healthy or not, seek medical advice. but the most important thing is how do you feel? do you feel sick?

age and height, BMI is different for everyone. But if you feel great and are able to maintain your weight in a healthy way. Then good for you.

Your doctor will advise you if you are height and weight proportionate. She/he can also tell you if you are healthy. The two don't necessarily go hand in hand.
