What's your favorite TV program that's been cancelled before hitting their stride?

Pissed me off that great shows like Joan of Arcadia or Tru Calling get cancelled so early. What shows have you liked that the networks cut out from under you?

I liked Joan of Arcadia. It had a very interesting premise, and I believe that it DID hit it's stride. I have no idea why they cancelled it. Worst yet, they replaced it with "Ghost Whisperer". What a dumb premise for a show.

Commander in Chief was a very good show. It had a strong cast, and would have had quite a following if they didn't put it on hiatus to promote a new comedy.

I also really liked a show on several years ago called "Now & Again" where a guy died by getting hit by a subway, but his brain was transplanted into an artificial government-made body. He had to do different missions, but also (frequently) ran into his wife and daughter, but he couldn't tell them it was him. It starred Eric Close (Without a Trace) and Dennis Haysbert (24, The Unit). It was cancelled after it's first season cliffhanger. That show was awesome.

I can't remember but there have been a few. I rarely watch tv other than the news and random show here and their. But when I find a show I really like something like that always happens or they have long breaks between seasons or shows and I lose interest.
