How can i dial Toll-Free Number from internet for FREE?

I don´t have landline phone, but i have cable internet. Anybody know, how can i free dial Toll Free number from internet?

    No, but a toll-free number will still be a free call from your landline...

    what country are you in?

    1-800 numbers are toll free

    I use Net2Phone for my calls, local and long distance.

    It used to be free but now you prepay and it cost about .02 cents / min.
