How can I get help from the city where I have my business to take off a lot of people that sell cars on?
the street and don't have any license ( i do have mine). I already try to contact code inforcement but they said that they been trying for 5 years but they can't do anything. i really need help . code enforcement said to contact my city concil but I don't know how to do that.

phone book, look for government pages.... or call information

Contact your city government office. They should be able to give you information on contacting the city council.
