What shall I do ?

I got from e-mail that I have in violation by attempting a question. It was a question ,I just gave my opinion , the answer not known to me - may be but why it is treated that I break the rule, the problem is 'it is not a question ,not an answer', - is it justification? the community rules are not in such a way that they deduct my 9 points also, and it happend to me repeatedly, those who are the judge -if they thought that it is my hobby to make violation then tell me clearly and I will discontinue to - my friend also e-mail me that it also happened to my friend. It is not justification- I think so, while you are entertaining such rubbish questions from some others. I don't know if others may be disturbed.- now I think that I am simply wasting my time.
