Can anybody help with Musicmatch software?
I was given a 2gb philips MP3 player, and on trying to install the software on a computer it keeps coming up with an error report. I have unistalled and reinstalled the software but it doesn't want to work! Has anybody else suffered with this? Ive searched the web but to no availe. Im trying to avoid a lengthy call to the philips helpline!
the code on the error message reads.

it just keeps telling me to close it and reopen then it fails.
Can i use any other software?

I would ignore the Phillips software, most of them are okay for transferring music to and from the MP3 player, but are not good Music Libraries or Jukeboxes for your PC.
Go to
http://www.musicmatch.com/home.htm
and get a copy of Musicmatch Jukebox. The player handles MP3 tracks very well. It also has addins for most MP3 players so you can select tracks, and send to your player.
I do this all the time with my Rio Carbon, but works with pretty much MP3 player.

Can you post the exact error you are getting. just ensure you plugin the mp3 player before you try installing the software
