Family and Friends are part of you, and when it comes to Money, Finance and Loan, it is difficult to say NO and it is difficult to ask for money back once its given as a loan, not that one does not want to ask, but it makes the relationship sour if the money is not loaned or is not returned. Money should be kept aside in any relationship, caust is causes lot of problems.
With a stranger you dont have any bonds, so if you say NO you wont feel guilty of not helping or if the money is not returned you can take legal actions to recover the money, chance of legal actions on fmaily and friends not only make you loose more money but also makes you loose friends and relationships

you would always feel as if you should owe them back more than just the money you loaned from them like you'll always be indebted from them. you know how hard they worked for that money to lend you it.
